Utah Territory gave women the right to vote on February 12, 1870.

At a meeting of the “leading sisters” of Utah in January 1870, shortly after Wyoming women were enfranchised, Bathsheba Smith proposed “that we demand of the governor the right of franchise.” The motion carried.
Utah Territory was the second place in America to extend voting rights to women, after its neighbor, Wyoming Territory.
