Susan B. Anthony was almost 76 when she gave this interview with reporter Nellie Bly, and she was plenty busy, she had just given the keynote at a convention in Philadelphia. Happy birthday, Susan, born February 15, 1820.

Susan B. Anthony is one of the suffragists featured in the first Ask a Suffragist book, Stories and Wisdom from America’s First Feminists, launching in Spring 2019.
